A true masterpiece of 17th- and 18th-century French architecture, furniture, and formal garden design, the Château du Champ de Bataille has been restored to its former splendor through the dedication and passion of renowned interior designer Jacques Garcia. Thirty years ago, he acquired the estate and embarked on an extraordinary restoration project. Richly furnished with treasures from the Ancien Régime and surrounded by magnificent gardens, the château is now unveiled in this remarkable new book.
